I subscribed to the VivaVideo application on 02/04/2026 through Google Play, where a 3‑day free trial period was clearly stated. Despite this, an amount of 154.99 SAR was deducted from my Al Rajhi Visa card on 03/04/2026 without my approval and before the trial period ended. After noticing the deduction, I attempted to cancel the subscription and request a refund, but the amount was still taken. I did not consent to being charged during the trial period, and I consider this an unauthorized deduction. I kindly request the cancellation of my VivaVideo subscription and a full refund of the 154.99 SAR that was charged to my Al Rajhi Visa card.
