I Face Unauthorized VivaVideo Subscription Charge

I downloaded the VivaVideo app from the App Store after seeing that it offered a 3-day free trial. However, after noticing that almost all templates within the app required payment, I deleted the app immediately without approving or activating any subscription.

Despite this, I noticed today that a charge of $41 was made from my Ziraat Bank card under the name VivaVideo. I did not knowingly start any subscription, and since I deleted the app shortly after installing it, this charge is completely unfair and has caused me inconvenience.

I request that the $41 charged to my card through VivaVideo or the App Store be canceled and fully refunded to me as soon as possible.
