Refund Requested for Unused VivaVideo Subscription

5

A paid VivaVideo subscription was charged to my account without my knowledge or consent. I never intentionally subscribed to the service. In fact, I did not use the application even once after downloading it and completely removed it from my device.

Despite this, two days ago, a payment was processed through my Google Play account under transaction ID GPA.3319-4681-6142-47357.0. I did not knowingly authorize this subscription or expect any payment to be taken from my account.

After discovering the unauthorized charge, I immediately submitted a refund request. However, I have not received any refund or meaningful response to date. I should not be required to pay for a service that I neither wanted nor used.

I respectfully request that my paid subscription be canceled immediately and that the full amount charged be refunded to my original payment method without delay. I also request written confirmation that the subscription has been terminated and that no further charges will be made to my account.
