Unauthorized ₦60,000 VivaVideo Subscription Charge on First Bank Card
I am writing regarding an unauthorized debit related to a Viva subscription taken from my First Bank card (Verve, last four digits 9663). On the 28th of February, ₦60,000 was debited from my account for a Viva subscription that I did not consent to and do not intend to use. I am currently at my bank (First Bank), and they have advised me to contact Viva directly about this transaction. I did not authorize this subscription or any payment of ₦60,000, and I have no use for the subscription that appears to have been activated. I kindly request a full refund of the ₦60,000 that was debited without my consent and the cancellation of any active or future Viva subscription linked to my card. I also ask that my card details be secured so that no further charges are made without my clear authorization.
