VivaVideo Subscription Activated Without My Consent

I am writing to report an unauthorized VivaVideo VIP subscription on my Google Play account and to request a full refund. Someone else had possession of my mobile phone when the VivaVideo VIP subscription was purchased, and I did not give any consent or authorization for this transaction. I have now also discovered that my card details were used on Google Play for this payment without my permission. Today, an amount of 60,000 NGN was deducted from my Google Play account in Nigeria (Lagos) for this VivaVideo VIP subscription. I did not intend to subscribe to this service, and as soon as I noticed the charge, I made sure not to use any VIP or paid features of VivaVideo at all. Since this transaction was made without my knowledge or permission and my card details were used without my consent, I kindly request that the full amount of 60,000 NGN be refunded and that the VivaVideo VIP subscription associated with my account be cancelled so that no further charges are made. I would appreciate it if you could review this case as an unauthorized purchase and process my refund as soon as possible.
