I Did Not Subscribe but VivaVideo Charged My Card

I downloaded the VivaVideo app on my iOS device and only tried it once. However, despite not giving any approval or explicit consent, I later noticed that an annual subscription fee of $72 was charged to my card.

This transaction, dated March 23, 2026, appears on my Yapı Kredi Bank World Platinum credit card statement. I did not intend to start any subscription and only tested the app briefly. Therefore, I consider this charge completely unauthorized and made without my knowledge. I also have my account statement as proof of this transaction.

I request that the $72 annual subscription fee charged without my consent be canceled and fully refunded to me.
