Vestel UA9540 TV Color Distortion at Side Angles

My Vestel UA9540 television, bought on March 22, 2024, suffers from severe color distortion when viewed from any angle other than straight on. When viewed straight, the image appears normal; nevertheless, when viewed from the side, it gets significantly discolored. This is a serious issue because a large television is designed to be watched from multiple angles in a living room setting.
I checked the TV in the store before purchase, but the problem was not obvious. It's not something you'd think to check, and I couldn't wander around the TV in the store to try other viewing angles. I chose a respected brand and a locally created product over a generic one, but I sincerely regret it.
Technicians from the service department noted the problem, but finally agreed with the firm, claiming that is typical for this sort of panel. They took pictures to present to Vestel, who again rejected the issue. While I appreciate that some degree of color distortion at angles is normal, this is well beyond acceptable. Adjusting the TV settings is ineffective because optimizing for one aspect disrupts the other.
I saw this TV at a friend's house and enjoyed the picture, but my experience with Vestel has been nothing but disappointing. I will pursue my rights on every possible platform and share my unfavorable experience with the company so that it may improve its products and resolve customer complaints. I demand a solution to this problem.
