Vestel Did Not Support My 50U9600K Smart TV After Screen Failure

Since the panel failure in the previous Vestel TV could not be fixed, a new Vestel 50U9600K Smart TV was purchased by me on September 13, 2023, for a fee, upon the recommendation of your technical service. Not even 1.5 years after the installation of the TV; on February 15, 2025; for no reason, while using the Netflix application, vertical lines began to form on the screen from the white areas. Despite the fact that the TV has been used with a surge protector and the screen protector recommended by the service since the day it was started, encountering such a problem has damaged our trust in the brand. When I looked at the posts created on Xolvie regarding my screen, which suddenly became like this for no valid reason, I saw that many users experienced the same situation right after the warranty period ended. The technical service took the TV to the workshop on March 1, 2025 regarding our request. They requested ₺10,000 for the panel to be changed. While we, as citizens, prefer our local brands and stand behind our companies, I expect the Vestel brand to also stand by the device it produces and its customers.
