Vestel Ultra HD TV Screen Panel Error

In late 2020, I purchased a Vestel 50U9500 4K Ultra HD television. After some time, the screen panel developed a fault, resulting in image distortion with lines and color mixing. In February 2023, the issue was resolved under warranty by replacing the screen panel. However, in August 2025, the same screen panel fault occurred again. I contacted Vestel, stating that it is not normal for such a defect to happen twice within five years, and requested that the screen panel be replaced or that the television be exchanged for a new one to remedy my grievance. They informed me that they could only provide a paid service and would replace the part at my expense. I expressed my dissatisfaction and contacted them several times, both in writing and verbally, requesting compensation for the loss I have incurred. Nevertheless, they insisted on offering only paid support, which I did not accept. The screen panel is the most important and costly component of a LED TV. If this part is defective, the television becomes unusable. I request that this high-technology component be replaced free of charge.

It is unacceptable that you want your customer to compensate for your own chronic mistake and that your method is to create deadlock instead of a solution. Also, you did not contact me in any way after the complaint, and for this you should receive significant legal penalties. What you are doing is also not in line with business ethics. The state should impose serious sanctions on your company so that you close that TV factory and stop deceiving people. I do not accept any of your statements. I will exercise all my legal rights.
