I bought a Utopian Triko knitwear set (top and bottom) for ₺3000, expecting premium quality. To my shock, the fabric started pilling after just one wear. Before purchasing, I specifically asked the salesperson if this product would have any durability issues. They confidently told me there would be no problems. That turned out to be completely untrue.
I wore it once—just once—and it already looks worn out and cheap due to the excessive pilling. On December 6, 2022, I returned the item to the store to file a formal complaint. It was sent in for inspection, and on January 2, 2023, they got back to me with a flat-out rejection. No refund, no exchange, nothing.
This level of quality and customer care is unacceptable, especially at this price point. Utopian clearly doesn’t stand behind their products, and I feel completely let down. I will never buy from them again, and I strongly discourage anyone else from trusting their promises. I want the company to step up and take accountability for selling overpriced, low-quality items.
