Utopian Next Level Store Didn't Refund My July Return

I made a significant purchase at Utopian Gordion in July, but returned just one dress to the Utopian Next Level store two days later. The staff assured me that my refund would be credited in installments since I'd paid in installments. Months have passed, yet not a single installment has been refunded to me! I've called the Next Level store multiple times—they keep promising they'll speak with accounting and get back to me, but there's been absolutely no follow-up. This constant delay and lack of communication are infuriating. Utopian, this is completely unacceptable. I demand that my refund (₺) be processed immediately and fully. You need to stop ignoring customer complaints and fulfill your refund obligations right now!
