I Can't Get a Refund from Utopian Store—Misled About Store Credit
I purchased a product from Utopian Store and wanted to return it for a refund. When I went to the store, they refused to give my money back, insisting they could only issue a store voucher instead. However, after returning home, I checked their official website and clearly saw they do provide monetary refunds! Feeling misled, I immediately contacted them through email and messages, but it's been over a month now, and no one from Utopian has bothered to respond. Absolutely zero communication! This level of irresponsibility is totally unacceptable for a brand that claims to value customer satisfaction. Utopian Store needs to fix this situation right now by issuing the refund (₺) I’m entitled to and replying to customers promptly!

A clothing company that does not respond to your efforts to reach the company that does not care about the problem of the Utopian customer and does not evaluate requests. While you have the right to return with all the brands on earth, you don't have it with the Utopian brand! Keep in mind when buying, they give a shopping voucher instead of a refund.
