After 10 days of waiting, they told me they couldn't even find suitable elastic! I requested a refund, and shockingly, they asked for my card number, name, and card expiry date to process it. Now, weeks later, still no refund! I've visited their store twice already—the first time, accounting was closed due to a 9-day holiday. After the holiday ended, I went back again, and now they claim the refund will take an entire month. This is outrageous. I demand Utopian immediately complete my refund of ₺ without any further delay.
