Utopian Beaded Sweatshirt Fell Apart Immediately—No Support from Seller

My spouse bought me a Utopian beaded sweatshirt as a gift, and it was advertised as “never sheds”—but that couldn’t be further from the truth. As soon as I took it out of the package, the beads started falling off.

I put it on for less than five minutes, and the fabric already left stains on my clothes. When I reported the issue, the company blamed me, claiming it was user damage. The sweatshirt hasn’t even been washed once, yet they refused to provide a refund or replacement after an “inspection.”

I paid ₺1,300 for a product that’s falling apart before even wearing it properly. I will be filing a complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Board. Utopian, take responsibility and refund my money!
