U.S. Polo Assn. Let Me Down With Rude Staff and Messy Store
The U.S. Polo Assn. store at Gebze Center has clearly been abandoned to its fate, with an overwhelming sense of negligence. While the interior design isn’t bad, the space feels stuffy and poorly ventilated. The entire store resembles a war zone—messy, disorganized, and completely lacking in care or visual appeal. No one pays attention to customers; everyone seems lost in their own world. What stood out most to me was the unbalanced, rude, and disrespectful behavior of a female employee named A***, whose flippant and unserious attitude made both me and other customers extremely uncomfortable. I find it incomprehensible that someone like this is allowed to work in such a reputable store—what are the store managers doing, just standing around like props? Why does a respected brand keep staff like this? The regional manager must immediately step in and enforce proper standards, because this person is damaging the store’s reputation. What the store truly needs is disciplined and respectful employees who genuinely need and value their jobs.
