Poco F7 Freezes During Gaming and Social Media

I purchased a Poco F7 on August 27, 2025, and I have experienced lagging and freezing issues with the device since the very first day. The phone frequently experiences brief freezes, delays, and stuttering, especially when playing games or using social media apps. This makes the phone frustrating and inefficient to use on a daily basis. I believe the problem is primarily software-related because I have not experienced performance issues this severe with other brands.

I have previously used other Poco models as well, and based on my past experience, I have found that Poco customer service and authorized service centers have not provided effective solutions for similar problems. For this reason, I have not yet submitted this device for service. Nevertheless, I request that the manufacturer take the persistent lagging and freezing problems I am experiencing with this model seriously and permanently resolve them through the necessary software improvements and updates.

I want to be able to use the device smoothly and reliably and receive the level of performance I paid for without these ongoing problems.
