Canon MAXIFY GX6140 MegaTank Printer Slow Printing Defects Cause Office Delays

We have been using the Canon MAXIFY GX6140 MegaTank printer—which we purchased about a month and a half ago for our workplace—at our construction company office on the Nidakule Modern Country job site in Basaksehir, Istanbul. Right from day one, the device prints extremely slowly, and we face long wait times just to output a single file or document. This situation severely disrupts our daily workflow and operations, bringing office traffic to a standstill.
We called Canon customer service repeatedly regarding the issue we experienced. Each time, they sent us email links and told us to install drivers. Despite fully implementing all instructions provided, no improvement occurred in the printer's performance. When we called back, they stalled us by giving different explanations each time and failed to produce a clear, permanent solution. Despite our repeated requests, they dispatched no technical service to our address, leaving the device uninspected on-site.
Canon’s inability as an enterprise brand to resolve such a basic performance issue on a newly purchased device, coupled with their stall tactics, disappointed us deeply. To resolve our grievance, I demand that Canon dispatch an authorized technical service team to our workplace as soon as possible to conduct a thorough on-site inspection of the printer and fix this severe slow-printing defect immediately. Because we experienced this level of performance failure in such a short period, I primarily request a full refund of the product purchase price, or alternatively, a replacement with a new, defect-free, properly functioning equivalent unit.
