Expedia Failed to Disclose Hotel Renovation Work

I booked a stay at The Marmara Suadiye through Setur's website for September 28 through October 2. When I arrived at the hotel, I discovered that renovation work was being carried out at the hotel and that there was also extensive construction work taking place on the adjacent property. I was not informed about either of these issues in advance.
The following morning, I was woken up at 7:00 AM by loud construction noise coming from the adjacent property. Around 8:00 AM, renovation work inside the hotel also started. Because of both the renovation work inside the hotel and the construction noise outside, my stay became extremely uncomfortable and disruptive. Hotel staff told me that Setur was responsible for informing guests about the renovation and noise, while any issues regarding my room and payment had to be resolved through Expedia. However, I have been unable to find any customer service phone number for Expedia in Türkiye.
The hotel offered me the option of leaving early or being transferred to another hotel. However, I want the inconvenience I experienced to be addressed because the renovation work and extensive construction noise were not disclosed to me when I purchased the accommodation through Setur. My reservation was made through acente.setur.com.tr, and my voucher link is provided below:
https://acente.setur.com.tr/Forms/UserVoucher/?vc=3919dc20-1b1f-48c6-9456-b4f8ba334d17
Because critical information such as the ongoing renovation and construction noise was not disclosed to me at the time of booking, I am requesting a partial refund of my accommodation cost that takes into account the significant noise and loss of comfort I experienced. I expect Setur to address this inconvenience appropriately.
