Disappointing Customer Service and Quality Issues with Zara Kids Suede Boots

On September 18, I purchased a pair of beige suede boots for my son from Zara’s Ankamall store. After only two or three wears, I noticed significant fuzzing on the boots, so I brought them back to the store. There, I encountered a staff member who claimed to be a manager. Instead of offering assistance, she acted condescendingly, implying I should have anticipated this issue and avoided purchasing the boots in the first place. Her attitude was both unprofessional and dismissive. When I requested an official inspection of the boots, she insisted that she alone would conduct it, which left me speechless. I doubt she has the qualifications for such a role. Zara should be more selective with their staff, particularly those in management positions. This experience has made me regret shopping at Zara, and I no longer consider it a store I can rely on for quality or customer-focused service.
