I Faced Rude Behavior from Zara Home Akasya Staff and Was Treated Disrespectfully
On August 1, 2025, between 4:00 and 4:15 PM, I visited the Zara Home store at Akasya Shopping Mall and experienced one of the most disrespectful customer service encounters I’ve ever faced. Despite being a loyal Zara Home customer for years, I was treated with blatant rudeness—not just by one individual, but by nearly every staff member, including the store manager, cashier, and sales associates.
Their tone was unprofessional, their attitude dismissive, and their body language offensive. My young son and I were practically forced out of the store, with hand gestures and “go, go” motions as if we were unwelcome intruders. It was humiliating and infuriating to be treated this way by a brand I’ve supported for years.
Store management has a responsibility to train their staff to treat customers with basic courtesy and professionalism. I demand an immediate investigation into this incident and a formal apology. Zara Home must take responsibility and ensure their team never treats another customer this way again.
