I Face Disrespectful Behavior from a Mango Akasya Store Employee During Checkout
On Sunday afternoon, July 27, 2025, while I was checking out at the Mango store in Akasya Mall, an employee named F** E*** acted in an extremely rude and unprofessional manner. As I stood at the register, this staff member bumped into my shoulder and walked past me without offering an apology or even glancing back.
What’s even more shocking is that this happened right in front of the store manager, who witnessed the incident and did nothing. I’m genuinely concerned about how such behavior is tolerated—or worse, ignored—by Mango’s management.
I expect employees at a global fashion brand like Mango to uphold basic standards of respect and professionalism. This kind of physical disregard and indifference toward customers is absolutely unacceptable. I’d like to know how Human Resources plans to justify the behavior of someone who clearly lacks the training to interact with people respectfully.
Mango must take this complaint seriously, review the in-store conduct, and ensure proper action is taken. No customer should be made to feel disrespected or physically pushed in any retail environment. I demand a formal response and accountability for this incident.
