U.S. Polo Assn. Has Lost My Trust – Zero Product Quality!

I purchased some items from Polo during their discount period, and what I received was nothing short of a complete disappointment. The stitching is crooked, the fabric feels cheap, and the overall quality is well below acceptable standards. It says Polo on the label, but what arrived looks like something from a street vendor’s clearance pile. Are you trying to get rid of leftover, defective, or low-quality products under the disguise of a “discount”? If these items can’t be sold at full price, does that give you the right to push them onto customers in the name of a sale? I honestly expected more from a brand like Polo. This level of carelessness and poor quality control is completely unacceptable. It’s clear that trust in the brand is now in question. Consumers deserve better. Even discounted products must meet basic quality standards. I would like to return these items and expect a clear explanation from Polo.
