Unsatisfactory Staff Quality at U.S. Polo Assn

I'm not happy with the staff quality at U.S. Polo Assn. First off, when I requested a product exchange, the replacement I was waiting for showed up within a week but got sold to another customer on the same day. Later on, I discovered that it was sold by an employee who was leaving the job, even though it was supposed to be reserved for exchange. Also, when I tried to return a product that didn't meet my expectations, I encountered pushback from employees M** and Z***, who argued that not liking the product wasn't a sufficient reason for a return. Also, when I said goodbye nicely as I left the store, their faces didn't look very friendly. I think U.S. Polo Assn. Human Resources needs to be more cautious when choosing their staff to improve customer satisfaction.
