Five Days of Automated Responses and No Solutions from UPS

My experience with UPS has been utterly disappointing. I've been waiting for my package for five days. Every time I inquire, UPS only responds with an automated message informing me that nothing has changed or been done with my package. It's difficult to believe that such a reputable global brand could provide such poor service in a country like Turkey. It's almost as if UPS doesn't exist in Turkey. Despite numerous attempts, I have yet to receive satisfactory service. After five days, I still haven't received my package. Worse, I can't get a real response from UPS. All I get is a robotic copy-paste response. It's past time for companies like UPS to accept responsibility for the services they provide. What hope is there for other local businesses if a global brand like UPS is unable to provide a basic level of service in Turkey? My overall experience with UPS in Turkey was terrible, and I feel like I squandered my time and money.
