I Can’t Receive My UPS Package Despite Correct Address and Phone

UPS Türkiye has completely exhausted my patience. I’ve been trying to receive my package for over a month, but each time it gets returned due to so-called address issues—even though my delivery address and phone number are fully up to date in your system. I’ve verified my information multiple times, and it clearly appears on the invoice I received via email. There is no excuse for this repeated failure.

Despite numerous follow-ups, nothing has changed. I’ve spent an entire month chasing after this delivery, and I’m absolutely fed up. This is not how a logistics company should operate—especially when the customer provides accurate and verified details.

I’m requesting UPS Türkiye to immediately resolve this issue and deliver my package without further delays. Stop blaming nonexistent errors and take accountability. I expect urgent action and clear communication.
