I Scheduled a Pickup with UPS Türkiye But No Courier Showed Up for a Week
I’m very frustrated with UPS Türkiye. I scheduled a courier pickup over a week ago and provided all the required information, including my phone number. Yet, they marked the request as invalid, claiming, “There is no call record associated with this phone number.” This is unacceptable. No one from UPS attempted to call me, and despite my repeated efforts to reach them, I’ve only been met with automated messages and no human response.
My package is still sitting at home, untouched. I made this reservation through the proper channels, expecting professional service. Instead, I’ve been ignored and left completely in the dark. If there’s an issue with the system or the reservation process, UPS should proactively fix it and communicate clearly with their customers—rather than hide behind vague excuses.
UPS needs to immediately send a courier to collect my shipment or at the very least provide a real customer service representative to handle this. I shouldn’t have to chase a logistics company just to get them to do their job. This level of service is unacceptable and causes real inconvenience. I demand prompt resolution and clear accountability.
