UPS No Delivery After Two Days of Waiting



I've been experiencing an absolute nightmare with UPS Turkey. They've had my package out for delivery for the past two days, only to use the excuse of a "remote area" to avoid delivering it. They refuse to share the branch's contact details, and even when they do, they don't answer the phone. I've been stuck at home for two days, trying to receive my package, but now I've given up on that - all I want is a clear answer on whether it's coming or not. Today, September 5th, they claimed my package was out for delivery again, and this time, they said it would be delivered unless there was an "unavoidable circumstance" such as a vehicle breakdown or an accident. But, once again, they failed to deliver, citing the same "remote area" excuse. Their employees, from top management to the lowest level, appear to lack any sense of ethics or customer care. Instead of assisting, they abruptly end calls without providing any solutions. It's clear that no one in this organization values customer satisfaction. Personally, I'll avoid this company and any businesses associated with it in the future.
