I had a natural gas heating system installed by Uc Ay Mühendislik in Antalya. After a comfortable winter season, I turned off the heater in March 2024. I don't remember the exact date, but within the same month, the electrical cable feeding the boiler burned out. I contacted the company, and they replaced the cable. They said that the issue occurred because my house is old and the electrical wiring is outdated. About 10 or 15 days later, the same cable burned out again, causing significant damage to my home.
1- Is the heating system only installed in new homes?
2- Why aren't the cables in other rooms of my house burning, but only the boiler's cable is?
3- If the electrical wiring in my house is problematic, why was the boiler activated without informing me?
4- Why did the authorized Daikin service in Antalya overlook this issue and fail to inform me when activating the boiler?
(I had the electrical wiring in my house checked by a certified electrical engineer from the Antalya Chamber of Electrical Engineers. I received a report stating there were no issues.) Given this situation, I am curious about who will compensate for my financial and especially emotional distress. The worst part is the anxiety of experiencing the same problem again.
