3 Months Old New Arçelik Boiler Cannot Heat Water
Hello, I reside in Avcılar, Istanbul. I've got a two-month-old boiler. When you take a shower, it turns off the hot water after five minutes. I replenish the boiler with water, but the problem persists the next day. The boiler fails to heat the water, and despite the service team's two visits, they leave without taking action, claiming, "The problem is on your end." I do not comprehend. I respectfully request your assistance. My boiler is currently off, and I have submitted a service request. They requested a service cost for my warranted boiler. Tomorrow, the service will arrive, but I have no idea what will happen. These experiences are not appropriate for Turkey's largest enterprise.
