Vestel Sold Me a Faulty 242 A++ Air Conditioner and Can't Fix It

On 28.02.2024, I purchased a FLORA DOĞA INVERTER 242 A++ WIFI air conditioner from Vestel in Eski Foça, İzmir (invoice no: G012024000077230). The installation was done in July, but in February, the air conditioner started shutting itself off, displaying an ER07 error. I reported the issue to the service, and the Aliağa Vestel service team came. The unit was repeatedly removed, taken away, and returned, with claims that the compressor had been replaced, there was a hose leak, and the sensor was faulty. They said they needed to check it in their workshop. Over the course of several visits—approximately 8 to 9 times—I lost time from work, yet no solution was provided. About a week ago, my air conditioner was removed again, kept in the workshop, and then reinstalled, only for the same ER07 error to appear again the next morning. I recorded the issue with the date and time and reported it again. On 19.03.2025, at 18:05, I received a call from Vestel at +90 (236) 999 16 85. They claimed the error might be due to my living room being 20 square meters, as measured by the service team, and asked whether the building had insulation. I answered calmly, but when I asked what area a 24,000 BTU air conditioner was supposed to heat or cool, they couldn't provide a clear answer. They then asked about the direction my house was facing, and when I said I didn't know, they claimed that no pre-installation inspection had been done. That is true, but as a consumer, I have some questions: 1- My home is 65-70 square meters in total. What is the actual heating and cooling capacity of your 24,000 BTU air conditioner? 2- Does the performance of a Vestel air conditioner change based on the direction a house faces? 3- I am a tenant, and the building is 4-5 years old. 4- When I purchased this product from the Vestel store in Eski Foça, no one mentioned anything about a pre-installation inspection. If I move to a different location, does this mean I won’t be able to use the air conditioner? You cannot fix the issue, you are unable to repair the defect, you sold me a faulty product, and you are not offering any real solution. Yes, this happens with Vestel—why wouldn’t it?
