On March 15, 2024, we bought a combi boiler from Vaillant Konacık Bodrum for my 80-year-old mother's house, and it still doesn't work. When the boiler was unpacked, there were scratches on the Vaillant logo, giving the impression that the product was second-hand. When we reported this to the service, they denied it, but the scratches were evident. Later, the product was installed, but 1-2 hours later, it started showing the F28 error. Initially, the service attributed the error to low gas, despite the gas being 50% full, we had the tank filled by Aygaz service, costing around ₺28,000. Of course, the problem persisted. Then, the service blamed the error on the chimney and replaced it, but the F28 error persisted. Despite continuous complaints, the issue persisted. The service from the Izmir regional directorate then blamed the error on electricity and installed a ₺5,000 regulator. It worked for 1-2 hours before the F28 error recurred, accompanied by water leakage. The service suggested uninstalling and repairing the boiler, but I insisted on an urgent replacement, lodging numerous complaints with the company. Despite two weeks passing since the last service visit, neither repair nor replacement has been made. It's been 60 days since the purchase, yet we still can't use hot water or heating. This level of poor service is unacceptable. This is what it means to waste your money with one of the most expensive boilers, Vaillant's service ethos.
