In September 2025, I purchased a Colgate Zig Zag medium toothbrush. I used the product only once, and despite being labeled as medium, it turned out to be extremely hard. It severely irritated my gums, causing bleeding and a burning sensation. The bristles dug into my gums and caused sores.

Because I had opened the package, the store refused to accept a return. I bought this product trusting the brand, but I cannot use it and had to throw it away. I lost both my health and approximately $3. I have never experienced such an issue with other brands before. I do not have the receipt, but I still have the packaging. There is also no warranty or return information listed on the product.

I am requesting a refund from Colgate to compensate for my loss.
