Colgate Total Dental Floss Too Thick and Keeps Snapping

I purchased Colgate Total dental floss in September 2025 from a Gratis store. From the very first use, I noticed that the floss was much thicker than expected and kept snapping during use. Because of this, it has been causing damage to both my teeth and gums. The information on the packaging is as follows: 10207058, 04/04/24mf2, expiration date 03/2026.

I have used Colgate dental floss in the past and never experienced this issue. However, this new version appears to be significantly thicker and less durable than the previous one, and I am not satisfied with it. The problem occurs every time I use it.

I am requesting a solution to this issue and, in particular, ask that the older, thinner, and more durable version be made available on the market again.
