Colgate Dental Floss Formula Change Sparks Customer Complaints

2

I am extremely dissatisfied with the recent changes made to Colgate’s dental floss product. I had been using the previous version for a long time without any issues. It was the only floss I preferred because it was thin enough to slide easily between my teeth, smooth, and durable.

However, the new version is not thin enough, has difficulty fitting between my teeth, does not glide smoothly, and frays into strands when I try to pull it out.

I expect Colgate to resume production and sale of the previous version of the dental floss. I believe I am not the only one experiencing this issue, and that many other consumers are also dissatisfied. I ask that this feedback be taken into consideration.
