On April 6, 2025, I made a hotel reservation through Turna.com (Reservation No: 9062798172814). Shortly after booking, I realized I had entered the wrong number of guests. So, I checked the details within an hour and canceled the reservation right away.
When I contacted customer service, they assured me the refund would be processed within 1 business day. But after 48 hours passed and no refund appeared in my bank account, I reached out again. This time, they told me the refund had been processed but that the timing “depends on the bank.”
I know this excuse well—because I’ve received refunds from other service providers before, and they showed up the same day. I waited another 24 hours, contacted them again, and got the same copy-paste response.
I don’t know what’s more disappointing—being treated like I don’t know how refunds work or realizing they’re probably just holding my money to earn interest. Either way, this was my first and last time using Turna.com. If the refund doesn’t appear soon, I’m deleting the app for good.
