I Face 1win Blocking My Account Without Warning Or Explanation

I have been using the 1win mobile app, and this morning my account with ID 310655157 was suddenly blocked without any prior warning or explanation.
I did not receive any message, notification, or email explaining the reason for this action, which is very concerning since my balance is also in this account. After noticing that my account was blocked, I contacted 1win customer support, but I have not received any response or clarification so far.
I find it unacceptable that an active account can be blocked without informing the user and without providing any justification.
I kindly request that my account be immediately reactivated and that my funds remain secure in my account without any deductions or restrictions. I also expect a clear explanation of why my account was blocked without notice.
