1win Didn’t Credit My PhonePe UPI Deposit - Support Gives No Answer


I made a UPI deposit of ₹300 to my 1win account about one month ago. The amount was successfully debited from my bank account, but it has still not been credited to my 1win balance.
I have the UPI transaction details and payment proof, yet my issue remains unresolved. I contacted 1win customer support regarding this problem, but after my initial message, they stopped responding and I did not receive any clear information or solution.
I request that my case be urgently reviewed using the UPI transaction details I can provide, and that either the ₹300 be credited to my 1win account or refunded back to my bank account as soon as possible.
