Quotex Withdrawal Stuck in Processing After 72 Hours

My name is Víctor Lane, and I am writing to report an issue with a withdrawal I made from my Quotex account that has still not been completed.

On March 31, 2026, I requested a withdrawal of $100 USD via bank transfer using the P2P option to Mercado Pago in Argentina. Since then, the transaction status has remained as “processing,” and the funds have not been credited to my Mercado Pago account.

Before making the withdrawal, I was informed that the process would take approximately 48 hours. However, more than 72 hours have now passed, and the money is still not available, which is causing concern and a loss of trust in the platform.

I respectfully request that this withdrawal be urgently reviewed, that my $100 USD be credited to my Mercado Pago account as soon as possible, and that I be provided with a clear explanation for the delay in processing this transaction.
