I am a long-time Garena Free Fire player from India, and I am facing a very serious issue with access to my main account, which is causing me a great deal of stress and worry.
My Free Fire ID is 1833106841, my in-game name is ᴡʜɪᴛᴇ444×͜×⠖, and my level is 74. This account is linked to the email address sajju9***@gmail.com. I have been playing on a OnePlus Nord 2T 5G device and have made many top-ups and in-game purchases through the Google Play Store, so there is a clear payment and gameplay history on this account.
My account was hacked, and the person who took it over removed my email and changed the settings, which caused my Gmail to stop receiving verification codes. Because of this, I no longer receive any Free Fire verification codes in my Gmail. I have also been logged out of the game on my phone, so I cannot log in or play at all.
Another person is now using and playing on my ID, even though this account belongs to me and I am the one who created and built it.
Every attempt to get a verification code so I can log in has failed because the emails no longer arrive and my linked email was removed. My last successful login to this account was on March 28, 2026. After that date, I completely lost access to the account.
On the same day, March 28, 2026, I contacted Garena support about this problem, and I have sent many requests since then. However, I have not received any real help, and my issue is still not resolved.
I have invested a great deal of time, effort, and money into this account, and losing access has been extremely upsetting. It is even affecting my sleep because I am constantly worried about what will happen to my account.
My clear and urgent request is that you please help me recover my account by reactivating and re-subscribing verification emails for my Free Fire account linked to sajju9***@gmail.com, or by sending me a new login code and restoring my email access to this ID.
I kindly ask you to carefully review my account information, purchase history, top-up records, and login history, confirm that I am the rightful owner, and immediately stop the hacker from using my account.
I am still within the time limit to recover my account, and I am fully relying on Garena’s support.
