I Face Free Fire Permanent Ban Without Using Hacks Or Cheats

I am writing regarding my Free Fire account, which has been permanently banned even though I have never used any third-party apps, hacks, or cheats.

My in-game nickname is PRIME.GTK, my UID is 1403732663, and I play on an iQOO Z10x device. My account was banned on October 29, 2025. Since that date, I have been trying to contact support for about three months, but my issue has still not been resolved, and I have not received any clear explanation of the specific reason for the ban.

I always play fairly and have never used cheat modes or unauthorized tools, so I believe this ban was applied in error.
