I Was Overcharged by Hotels.com and Can’t Reach Support

On March 28, 2025, I made a reservation on Hotels.com, but I accidentally booked it for April 12 instead of the intended date, March 30. I immediately tried to correct the mistake, but I was told that no refund would be issued for the wrong date—even though it was an honest error.
While chatting with the virtual assistant, I was informed that the date change would only cost me ₺815 more, and I agreed to the adjustment. But when I checked my account, I saw that ₺8000 had been withdrawn instead—a huge overcharge with no explanation.
Since then, I’ve tried to contact someone—anyone—from Hotels.com, but there’s no real customer service, and I’m getting nowhere. I demand an immediate refund of the extra amount charged and proper assistance to fix this mess. This kind of service is completely unacceptable from a platform like Hotels.com.
