TikTok Gifting Restrictions For Wrong Reasons

I am a TikTok user in the USA and recently received two separate restrictions related to receiving gifts for the very same issue. I submitted appeals for both restrictions, and one of them was approved, yet the second restriction remains active, preventing me from receiving gifts for 14 days. Since both restrictions were for the same alleged violation, I believe the second one is a mistake. Apart from submitting the two appeals through the app, I have not been given any clear explanation as to why the second restriction is still in effect or what specific rule I supposedly violated. This situation is directly affecting my ability to receive gifts during lives and therefore my potential earnings on the platform. I kindly request that TikTok review this situation again, lift the second restriction on my account as soon as possible, and provide a clear written explanation of the reason behind it. In addition, since this error has limited my ability to receive gifts and earn income, I also request appropriate compensation for the loss caused during this period.
