I purchased international tickets from Turna.com with an expensive cancellation and refund option, expecting a hassle-free process if I needed to cancel. Despite canceling our tickets in early August 2024, I have yet to receive my refund. I’ve sent multiple emails, only to be met with various excuses—claims that the airline needs to be contacted, or that we allegedly declined the refund ourselves. After another reminder yesterday, I received an email saying the cancellation was rejected, despite having received both an SMS and email on August 12 confirming that my refund would be processed within 10 days.
It seems as though Turna.com has forgotten its initial commitments. I am waiting for a responsible manager to contact me directly, as I have made it clear I will pursue legal action, including interest, if this issue isn’t resolved promptly. To anyone considering a refundable option, beware of unexpected deductions and delays. If necessary, I’m willing to spend every penny on legal fees rather than let Turna.com keep my money unjustly.
