Turkish Airlines/Anadolu Jet Flight Delay and Baggage Issues
We were boarded onto the plane and told that the flight would be departing soon. However, due to the arrival of a high-profile individual, there was a 45-minute delay. Why weren't we informed earlier? Why are we being boarded onto a cramped, old plane without charging ports just minutes before departure? Despite paying attention to baggage details for my Sabiha - Amsterdam flight, I was told at the counter that I had no baggage allowance. It's strange since I made sure to purchase baggage allowance when buying the ticket. My friend, who was traveling with me, had baggage allowance as we bought it together. On the return flight, the counter staff informed me that I also had no baggage allowance for the return journey. If I wanted to travel economically without baggage, I would have chosen a more budget-friendly airline. The flight I booked through Turkish Airlines was operated by Smartlynx under the Anadolu Jet name, with uninformed and unprepared staff.
