Turkish Airlines Travel Insurance Issue
I purchased a ticket from Turkish Airlines. I want to get travel insurance, but I keep encountering errors on the website. I am directed to contact the call center or sales offices. When I contact the call center, they tell me they cannot provide such information and direct me to the xcover company. The xcover company, which is linked to the Turkish Airlines website, has no information on their webpage (I wonder if Turkish Airlines has reviewed this site). They require my registered address and there is no contact email or information available. I wanted to file a complaint on the Turkish Airlines website to explain the situation, but there is no such option. I am forced to write here. If any official hears my voice, I would like to ask how I can get travel insurance?
