Issue with Turkish Airlines Xcover Travel Insurance Refund
I canceled the Xcover travel insurance I purchased for approximately ₺900 on July 16, 2023, before my flight on July 19, 2023. However, I did not receive a refund. I filed a complaint with Xcover regarding the lack of a refund, but I have not received any response. I am requesting assistance with the refund process for the travel insurance I bought through Turkish Airlines' recommendation. If you do not handle these processes, I urge you to stop advertising Xcover. I regret trusting the Turkish Airlines brand and purchasing insurance from their recommended provider. I am awaiting your response. I cannot understand why a prestigious company like Turkish Airlines collaborates with an inaccessible partner for travel insurance. They don't even have a phone number; how am I supposed to communicate my issue and find a solution? When I call Turkish Airlines customer service, they just shift the responsibility to Xcover, saying 'There is nothing we can do.' The solution is clear: work with an accessible partner and do not leave your customers stranded.
