Unable to Change My Turkish Airlines Ticket—App Errors & No Customer Support
I purchased a ticket from Turkish Airlines and need to make a change, but I am unable to reach customer service. I have tried multiple times, but there is no response.
I also attempted to modify my ticket through the Turkish Airlines app, but I keep getting error messages. The system does not allow me to make any changes or cancellations, leaving me stuck with a ticket I can’t use.
This situation is extremely frustrating, and I expect immediate assistance. Turkish Airlines, please respond and resolve this issue! Has anyone else experienced this? I demand a solution now!

Hello, despite having the right to request a change in date and time for my Malatya-Istanbul return ticket with reservation number UT6UTZ purchased from Turkish Airlines, my request is being denied. Customer service directs me online, but unfortunately, my online request is not responded to positively. I request that my complaint be resolved, otherwise, I will be forced to exercise all my legal rights.
