Turkish Airlines Travel Health Insurance Issue

While purchasing a ticket for my international trip from the Turkish Airlines website, I selected the option to include travel health insurance. After some time, I realized that my policy had not yet been sent to me, so I contacted Turkish Airlines. They informed me that they work with an insurance company called Xcover, but they did not have a phone number for the company, only an email address. I sent an email explaining the situation to the company, but I haven't received any response for a week. I contacted Turkish Airlines again, and they asked me to fill out a feedback form on their website. I did so, and received an automated general information response from Turkish Airlines. They couldn't even confirm whether my policy had been issued. If you can't fulfill a service, why offer such an option during ticket purchase and then make customers go through such a hassle? When I searched on Google, I found out that this company is based in Australia and has numerous complaints, with many people calling it a ghost company. Is this befitting of Turkish Airlines? Are there no insurance companies left in Turkey? If I encounter an issue during my trip and need to contact the insurance company, will I not be able to reach them? This is unacceptable. I ended up paying for travel health insurance during ticket purchase for nothing. Now, I will have to get insurance again and all the time I spent will be wasted. I expected better from Europe's best airline. Your customer satisfaction approach is zero. My trip is in a week. I expect your support and compensation for this situation.
