Turkish Airlines Transfer Issue

On October 13th, during our Izmir-Igdir flight with a transfer in Ankara, the Anadolu Jet flight to Izmir arrived late. Upon arriving in Ankara, our ticket for the Igdir flight was canceled and rescheduled for the next day. When I turned on my phone after landing in Ankara (at 11:45), I received a message, which is attached as a visual. We had a wedding in Igdir on the evening of October 13th, and you can see my distress on the cameras. With my wedding dress in my luggage and my husband holding his suit, we had a nervous breakdown. Even though the plane had not yet taken off, the officials at the transfer area stated that they could not open the gate. I cried and begged, and they redirected us to the nearest Kars flight, telling us indirectly to find our own way from there to Igdir. Unfortunately, our ordeal didn't end there. On October 17th, we faced the same issue on our return flight. We boarded the Igdir-Izmir flight with a transfer in Ankara (TK7014), and upon arriving in Ankara, the flight had already taken off, and our ticket was rescheduled for the next day. We witnessed that the Antalya flight was held for transferring passengers despite the late hour, but the same was not done for the Izmir flight. The plane had taken off, we were told. After another nervous breakdown and begging, we were redirected to Istanbul for a flight to Izmir the next day. As of 16:07, we are waiting for the 20:50 Istanbul flight in Ankara, feeling distressed. We will board the Izmir flight at 01:30 from Istanbul. We specifically chose a ticket with a shorter flight time, yet we are experiencing additional distress due to the long wait. I am filling out this form while waiting for the flight, fearing the same issue might occur during the Istanbul transfer. I never imagined that I would be so distressed and unable to attend my own wedding because of Turkish Airlines. We find this situation unacceptable for Turkish Airlines and request that they ensure this issue does not happen to any other passengers and compensate for our distress.
