Turkish Airlines AnadoluJet Flight Delays and Inconvenience

Here is a summary of the financial and emotional inconvenience I experienced due to multiple delays and late notifications for my Turkish Airlines AnadoluJet flight TK7067 from Trabzon to Ankara on October 1st at 21:55.
I arrived at the airport one hour before my flight. The flight was initially delayed to 23:10, then updated to 01:55, followed by 02:35, and finally 03:15. To avoid waiting at the airport, I took a taxi twice. When the flight time was updated again, I rescheduled my flight to TK7061 on October 2nd at 09:30. I had to spend the night at a hotel. My October 2nd flight at 09:30 was also delayed twice, eventually departing at 11:45. As a private sector employee, this caused additional stress.
Who will cover the costs of the hotel, taxi, and the day I can't go to work?
This is not what I expected from the company. If I had taken a bus, I would have reached Ankara earlier.
I demand compensation for my inconvenience and will pursue legal action regarding this matter.
